May 2026: PERSKEPTIVEN - International Perspectives on Urban Society and Culture
How can Francophone initiatives transform the city, its culture and community involvement?
A series of events organised by the Sprachenzentrum | Centre for Language and Cultural Learning at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar in collaboration with students from UPJV (Amiens) and ULL2 (Lyon).

Testimonials from participating students (translated from French and German):
"(…) Many people would benefit from art and open spaces being more accessible in towns and cities, and from there being more opportunities of this kind. In my view, this confirms exactly the importance of this project and our initiatives. My favourite aspect of the project so far is the fact that it has brought together so many different people and fostered exchanges between them, regardless of their social background, level of education or age."
"The project was a perfect blend of international, creative and local exchange."
"Organising this project has taught me a great deal on all levels (social, managerial, creative, etc.)."
"I would take part in a project like this again and am very pleased that it helps to strengthen European ties!"
"The project also gave me the chance to rediscover German culture and brush up on my very basic knowledge of German, and, above all, it has made me want to carry on learning it."
"And it really reinforced my belief that this is exactly the sort of event I’d love to work on in the future!!"
