Collaboration and Creativity in Action: the BAUHAUS4EU Communication Team Staff Week in Tirana

This week, the BAUHAUS4EU communication team gathered in the vibrant capital of Albania for an inspiring Staff Week at POLIS University. Over several days, team members from partner institutions worked side by side to strengthen B4EU’s communication strategy and develop new tools for the months ahead.

A Week of Strategic Planning

The programme combined strategic discussions and hands-on sessions.
We officially launched the revamped B4EU website, which now features a course catalogue, detailed team descriptions and, soon, an integrated newsletter sign-up.

The team also designed the framework and objectives for the first official B4EU newsletter, while brainstorming content ideas and formats for the upcoming podcast.

A dedicated session focused on improving communication materials by refining visuals, templates and ensuring greater consistency across all channels.

Final decisions were made on the concept and organisation of the first B4EU photo contest, and a new content calendar was created to strengthen and coordinate our social media presence.

Experiencing Tirana Together

Beyond the working sessions, the team enjoyed discovering Tirana’s rich culture and vibrant atmosphere: a guided city tour offered a glimpse into the city’s history and architecture, while an unforgettable Albanian Night celebrated local traditions, music, and cuisine.

Looking Ahead

This Staff Week not only delivered concrete progress, such as the launch of the new website and clear plans for future communication initiatives, but also reinforced the spirit of collaboration that drives the BAUHAUS4EU alliance.

Stay tuned for our upcoming newsletter and podcast, and explore the new website to discover the course catalogue and meet the teams shaping B4EU’s vision!
