Among the 108 students who participated in the BIPs, 16 were from the University of Bergamo (Italy), 13 from POLIS University (Albania), 7 from Université Lumière Lyon 2 (France), 3 from Université de Picardie Jules Verne (France), and 1 from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (Germany).
At the School of Applied Arts, the course “Circular Design: From Silk to Digital Innovation, with Textile Patterns Inspired by Castelo Branco Embroidery” was delivered, with the aim of promoting an understanding of circular design applied to the silk life cycle, encouraging the creation of textile patterns inspired by Castelo Branco Embroidery and their adaptation to both artisanal and digital processes.
At the School of Technology, the course “Twin Transition for Sustainable Futures: Shaping an Inclusive Green and Digital Transformation” aimed to provide students with a multidisciplinary understanding of how digital technologies can support the green transition, in line with European sustainability and inclusion goals.
The School of Education promoted the BIP “Beyond Inclusive and Diversity Sports”, which provided students with a comprehensive and immersive experience in the field of inclusive and adapted sports. Through a combination of online learning and hands-on practical activities, participants were able to explore the pedagogical, social, and technical dimensions of sports for people with disabilities.
Finally, the School of Business, Law and Tourism organized the BIP “Sustainable Events and Tourism”, which developed in participants the skills necessary to create sustainable destinations through the development of sustainable tourism products and the implementation of recognized best practices.
The topics addressed in the BIPs held at IPCB are a reflection of the diversity of academic fields that the institution offers to the student community.
