The Working Week focused on the transition from Task 10.1 to Task 10.2, with in-depth discussions on quality assurance systems, accreditation processes, internal and external evaluation mechanisms, key performance indicators (KPIs), transparency, and quality improvement strategies within the BAUHAUS4EU Alliance. Through a combination of presentations, data analysis sessions and interactive workshops, participants exchanged practices, compared institutional approaches and jointly explored synergies between WP10 and other work packages, notably WP2 and WP3. The transition from T10.1 to T10.2 was marked by the handover from UOM leader of T10.1 to POLIS leader of T10.2. Furthermore, proposals were put forward regarding the most preferable and effective ways of collaboration among Institutions for the submission of the required deliverables according to the project schedule.

Beyond its strong technical and strategic dimension, the Working Week also placed particular emphasis on human interaction and intercultural exchange. Participants had the opportunity to experience Thessaloniki not only as a meeting venue, but as a vibrant cultural and historical city. A guided city walk introduced them to key landmarks and everyday urban life, offering space for informal discussions and networking beyond the meeting room.

Cultural interaction was further enriched through shared meals and social moments, including a group dinner and opportunities to discover Greek cuisine, local flavours and hospitality. These moments fostered trust, strengthened interpersonal bonds and reinforced the sense of belonging to a common European academic community.

The WP10 Working Week in Thessaloniki successfully combined substantive progress on quality assurance objectives with meaningful cultural engagement, underlining the added value of in-person collaboration within European University Alliances. The outcomes of the meeting provide a solid foundation for the next phase of WP10 implementation, while the shared experiences fostered stronger interpersonal ties and reinforced a sense of common purpose within the BAUHAUS4EU Alliance.
