This year’s edition in Katowice will gather over 200 participants from 10 partner universities across 9 European countries. Attendees will include students, doctoral candidates, academic and administrative staff, as well as invited regional partners and stakeholders representing European, national, and regional institutions. The Forum will provide an important space for strategic dialogue, collaboration, and exchange on the future of higher education and regional development.

The programme will feature a range of activities, including the Presidents' and Advisory Councils' meeting, designed to foster cooperation and knowledge sharing. A highlight of the event will be the official opening ceremony of the Green Campus at UEKat, reflecting the Alliance’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.

In addition, the Forum will host a one-day international conference titled “Transforming Regions for a Sustainable and Beautiful Europe”, open to the wider academic and regional community beyond the Alliance.
